APP - Psychiatry Located: Big Spring, TX Seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with psychiatric experience to join a collaborative Behavioral Health team in Big Spring, Texas. Full-time, permanent position. Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and follow-up care for patients with a variety of mental health conditions. Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, therapists, social workers, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered behavioral healthcare. Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and monitor patient progress. Educate patients and families on treatment options, medication management, and mental health resources. Utilize electronic medical records to ensure accurate documentation and continuity of care.
