Institutional Loan Collections Specialist
Nova Southeastern University
Nova Southwestern University is hiring for a position that researches and analyzes outstanding student balances, including institutional loan borrowers, and maintains records to ensure accurate repayment and compliance with federal regulations.
Role includes counseling borrowers on repayment options, coordinating with vendors and agencies, and processing payments to improve cash flow. Requires strong data entry and MS Office skills, plus excellent communication and customer service.
