Custodian

Our client, in Aberdeen SD , a leading manufacturing support services company, is seeking a Custodian to join their team. As a Custodian , you will be part of the Facilities Operations team supporting plant production and facility maintenance staff. The ideal candidate will have reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Custodian
Location: Aberdeen SD
Pay Range: 18.00 - 19.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility according to established procedures.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all assigned areas are completed.
• Safely use cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies while following company safety guidelines.
• Dispose of waste and maintain production and common areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Adhere to all facility dress code, PPE, and safety requirements.

What’s Needed?

• Excellent attendance, dependability, and reliability.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English (bilingual candidates welcome).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists and work independently.

What’s in it for me?

• Pay rage: 18.00 - 19.00 per hour
• Shift: 
  • 2nd shift: 3 pm - 11 pm
  • 3rd shift: 11 pm - 7 am
• PPE provided, including cap/hat with hard cap insert, safety glasses, and additional required PPE
