Our client is seeking a skilled PCB Sr. Screening / Soldermask Operator to support daily production operations while helping mentor and assist the department Team Leader in maintaining quality, efficiency, and throughput goals within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• $24–$29/hour DOE

What You’ll Drive:

• Operate and maintain PCB Screening and Soldermask equipment
• Support production activities across Soldermask, Legend, and ID processes
• Help maintain high workmanship and quality standards for aerospace and high-reliability PCB manufacturing
• Assist with troubleshooting production and process issues
• Support workflow improvements and manufacturing efficiency initiatives
• Help mentor and guide operators on department procedures and expectations
• Perform inspections to verify product quality and compliance
• Coordinate with production leadership and maintenance teams to minimize downtime

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in PCB Soldermask, Legend, or Screening processes
• Experience working within a PCB manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Leadership capabilities with the ability to help support and mentor team members
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
• Experience with ProCIM is a plus
