Key Responsibilities Ensure the proper maintenance of the Gerber cutter and handle the uploading of new patterns to the machine. Occasionally trace patterns onto pre-stacked materials by hand with precision. Organize kit pieces by part number and boat, stacking them onto shelves for easy access by operators. Thoroughly inspect all parts after production to verify completeness and ensure adherence to quality standards. Keep the work area clean and orderly to promote a safe and efficient environment. Perform any other duties assigned by management to support overall team goals. Requirements Tools Used in this Occupation Personal Protective Equipment: Safety glasses for ensuring safety during work. Hand Tools: Scissors, screw guns, drills, and other relevant tools used for specific tasks. Qualifications Proficiency in using and maintaining a vertical knife as part of the job requirements. Ability to identify different patterns accurately. Capable of assisting in unloading supply trucks as part of logistical operations. Proficiency in reading orders and identifying the necessary parts to maintain the production schedule. Basic installation skills to perform required tasks. Knowledge of production processes and quality control to ensure adherence to standards. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature may exceed outside air temperature. Flexibility to bend at the waist and knees, as well as stand for extended periods of time during work. Capability to climb into and out of the interior of boats as necessary for specific tasks.
