Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring Director of Campus Operations at our Pearl Haven site in North Shore, Oahu-a Residential Treatment for teenage human trafficking victims.

Pearl Haven is a specialized facility on the north shore of Oahu that provides trauma informed therapeutic services for girls ages 11-17 who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with serious emotional and behavioral disturbances to try and help them heal from their trauma.

What you will do: Pearl Haven, a program of Ho'ōla Nā Pua, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and mission-aligned Director of Campus Operations to lead the daily operational functioning of our specialized residential treatment campus for youth who have experienced exploitation, trafficking, and complex trauma.

This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring Pearl Haven operates with excellence, accountability, safety, consistency, and strong internal coordination. The Director of Campus Operations serves as the operational integrator for the campus, bringing together facilities, systems, workflows, vendors, safety processes, administrative follow-through, communication structures, and cross-department coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is a builder, organizer, problem-solver, and steady leader who understands that strong operations directly support healing, safety, and long-term impact. This position works closely with the Program Director to ensure that campus operations, facilities, systems, safety processes, and internal coordination effectively support program quality, staff effectiveness, and youth care.

To be considered you should: Have a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Demonstrate experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and managing complex clinical/operational environments. Possess strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, adolescent development, and behavioral health treatment models. Proven ability to interpret and apply licensing standards, contract requirements, and regulatory expectations.
