Responsibilities

Reconciles contractual adjustments and payments for Medicare and Medicaid accounts and ensures balances are correct.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent and one (1) year experience in patient accounting or healthcare reimbursement; OR Associates Degree in Business or related field.
• Good communication skills, and extensive 10 key and typing skills.
• General knowledge of HMO/PPO contracts and credit balances.

Preferred:

• Medicare/Medicaid remittance advise experience.
• Computer experience.
• B.S. degree in Business.

Work Hours:

6AM-2:45PM
