Location: Onsite / Hybrid / Offsite Onsite Des Peres, MO Working Hours / Schedule 8 am to 5 pm CST (Standard) Reason for opening the role(s) Replacement for contingent worker Possibility of Extension or Conversion? Extension is possible, but not currently expected. The previous contractor in this role was extended 2-3 times; however, we expect this business need to end once the automation project closes. Is overtime expected? ABOUT THE ROLE Describe a "day in the life" for someone in this role 60% operations / 40% service Operations can include updating reports to regulators, processing address changes, ensuring proper registration, working in FINRA. Service taking branch-facing phone calls (nothing external) and answering Saleforce tickets. Detail oriented, regulatory in nature, take calls as well as operational work (walk FA's through requests to update information) If coachable or trainable can learn, doesn't have to have finance experience but is a plus Enterprise Knowledge (Preferred): Primary software: APACS, Salesforce PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILES Years of experience 2-4 years ideal Less is fine Required Qualifications: 3-5 top responsibilities / skills Handling compliances Preferred Qualifications (aka "Nice to haves") FINRA Registration process (Preferred) Is there a preference for specific industry experience? Soft skills Education Requirements (if any) Any dealbreakers or red flags to avoid? Any "lessons learned" from previous sourcing efforts?
