Position Summary Position Summary... What you’ll do includes developing and supporting Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. You will maintain the safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and adhering to Company steel standard guidelines while correcting reporting unsafe situations to Management. Fulfilling Member Fax, Pull, and Click‑n‑Pull orders involves reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet Member needs. Completing work assignments and priorities requires using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress; determining improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback. Providing Member service involves acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services. You will comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
