Logistics Support Specialist

responsibilities:

Collaborate with 3PL employees and internal customers to support shipping discrepancy claims and coordinate with the claims analyst team.
Investigate shipment discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement preventive measures to ensure ongoing quality compliance.
Manage the oversight and administration of the returnable container program on behalf of Our Client.
Operate across both office and large warehouse environments, which involves walking the shop floor and occasionally lifting up to 35 lbs to support operations.
