Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Sr. Art Director to join their creative team. As a Sr. Art Director, you will be part of the Creative Department supporting the Marketing and Brand Strategy teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and a proactive mindset.

This is a hybrid role (Monday-Thursday, Fridays at home) and a pet-friendly environment - St. Louis MO 63102

What's the Job?

• Conceptualize and design omnichannel consumer communications, including traditional advertising, print, digital, and social media campaigns
• Ensure high-quality design recommendations and executions, maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence
• Operate with autonomy by managing project assignments, meeting deadlines, and applying feedback effectively
• Present and defend your creative work confidently to internal teams and clients
• Collaborate effectively with Account Managers, Strategy teams, vendors, and other creative professionals to influence positive outcomes

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree with a design emphasis preferred or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or similar creative role
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma for digital and print design
• Strong understanding of designing for traditional channels and digital platforms, including social media, ecommerce, and digital advertising
• Excellent typography skills and motion design experience, including After Effects and animated GIFs
