Pay : $17-19/hour Part Time hours : Monday-Friday hours, NO WEEKENDS! What You’ll Be Doing: Support optometrists by performing pre-screening tests and assisting with exams Collect patient medical histories and explain vision benefits clearly and confidently Train patients on contact lens use and care Verify insurance, schedule appointments, and keep communication flowing smoothly Help coordinate patient flow and contribute to a seamless, high-quality experience Collaborate with your team to meet goals and deliver exceptional care What We’re Looking For: 1+ year of customer service experience (optometric or medical experience is a plus!)
