Job Title: Psych RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Psychiatry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: NOC Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Pediatric and/or Psychiatry preferred; strong de-escalation skills required. License: Current Registered Nurse license. Certifications: Relevant certifications as required. Must-Have: Experience in pediatric behavioral health. Description: Float Pool position within a fast-paced behavioral health environment. Focus on pediatric and adolescent patients aged 5-21 with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and behavioral crises. Key duties include assessments, triage, medication support, crisis intervention, and patient/family education. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while providing family-focused care.
