Employer Industry: Medical Technology and Healthcare Solutions Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $150,000 Eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) for additional earnings based on performance Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, and tuition assistance Opportunity for career advancement within a leading global healthcare technology company Flexible remote work opportunity while covering a designated territory Commitment to employee growth, mentorship, and professional development What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Provide technical and clinical support for TAVR implanting centers, including assisting during procedures Conduct educational training for physicians and hospital staff on Medtronic products and TAVR therapy Collaborate with sales representatives to achieve sales targets and implement strategic business plans Maintain comprehensive knowledge of clinical trial protocols and Medtronic TAVR product instructions for use Ensure superior customer service and support within the territory, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints What is Required (Qualifications): High School Diploma plus 11+ years OR Associate’s Degree and 9+ years OR Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of clinical or sales experience in interventional cardiology, vascular, or surgical products At least 3 years of experience in an industry setting related to the medical device field Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively, up to 50-75% of the time Strong understanding of cardiac and vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Associate’s Degree in engineering, nursing, or the sciences Experience teaching and educating medical personnel and peers Familiarity with imaging interpretation (TTE, TEE, CT, Angiograms) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong project management and organizational skills We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
