If you have experience working on building exteriors and take pride in quality craftsmanship and safety, we want to hear from you.Whether you're an experienced technician or looking to expand your skills, we offer hands-on training, career advancement opportunities, and year-round work with an established industry leader.ResponsibilitiesInstall and replace exterior building sealants and expansion jointsPerform commercial waterproofing and weatherproofing repairsApply facade coatings and protective coatings to concrete, masonry, and other building surfacesComplete concrete repair and restoration workPerform masonry repairs including brick, block, and mortar restorationSafely operate power tools and restoration equipmentWork from aerial lifts, swing stages, scaffolding, and ladders while following all safety proceduresMaintain high-quality workmanship while meeting project schedulesPlease note, the summary job specification is not a comprehensive definition of the post.
