Global Insurance Solutions – US Sales Support Analyst – Job Description J.P. Morgan Asset Management has served insurers for more than 40 years. The Global Insurance Solutions (GIS) group partners with many of the world’s largest insurers to solve complex investment challenges by designing customized solutions across asset classes. GIS has grown to over $240 Bn in general account assets under management and is staffed by more than 70 professionals operating in more than 20 countries. This role reports to a US Client Advisor and supports the sales activities of five US Client Advisors in partnership with two other sales support analysts. The position is open to holders of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Responsibilities Partner with client advisors, senior team members, Institutional Strategy & Analytics and portfolio management teams to deliver full client value. Create and manage presentations for sales pitches across JPMAM’s investment platforms. Coordinate the Request for Proposal process with cross‑functional teams to ensure comprehensive responses. Build and maintain internal resources across GIS and communicate sales and marketing intelligence to clients. Research trends within the insurance universe, staying informed of industry developments and regulatory changes that impact clients’ portfolios. Partner with marketing teams on new product launches, client events, and market research communications. Respond to client requests and manage client communications. Work closely with Institutional Strategy & Analytics to support timely responses and build bespoke presentations for complex client issues. Analyze and summarize findings from large and complex data sets. Attributes Professional and industrious attitude with energy and confidence to complete projects with limited supervision. Partnership mindset engaging teams across the firm. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 1–2 years in financial services, ideally in a sales support function. Passion or interest in asset management, investing, and/or macroeconomics. Financial analysis, project management, and quantitative analysis skills. Expertise with Excel and PowerPoint, creating and editing presentations. Strong analytical and communication skills (written and oral). Strong willingness to learn and add value. Ability to multitask and reprioritize quickly. Willingness to obtain SIE, Series 3, 7, and 63 licenses.
