Registered Behavior Technician Belmont Elementary School 2026-2027 School Year Position Purpose The job of the RBT is to assist in the supervision, care and instruction of students who are experiencing behavioral challenges in and out of the classroom. This position implements behavior management plans, collects data, and supports school personnel on behavior management plans as well as individual education plans. Salary and Benefits Starting Salary: $20.50 per hour commensurate with experience. Applicants selected without a current RBT license will have a starting pay of $17.50 per hour.
