Your projects stay within reach, so you are home every night.What You'll DoManage bridge and structures projects from bid day through closeout:Lead scheduling, submittals, procurement, and project communicationsTrack costs, prepare monthly pay applications, and build change order proposalsLead technical engineered work plan creation, submittal and approval processManage day-to-day operation aspects of a project and scopeCreate and execute project workplans and make appropriate revisions to meet changing needsReview plans and WSDOT specifications for discrepancies before they become field problemsPlan and oversee pile driving and structural work with your superintendent and crewsPartner with owners, agency inspectors, and subcontractors to deliver safe, on-schedule, on-budget workMentor and develop the project engineers on your teamWhat We Offer$130,000 – $160,000 base salary, depending on experienceFlexible work schedule, and you are home every nightCompany vehicle, fuel card, laptop and cell phoneMedical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage401(k) with automatic enrollment and up to a 3.5% company matchPaid time off starting at 13 days per year, plus 8 paid holidaysConfidential employee assistance programLeadership that's invested in your growthWhat You Bring5+ years of experience on bridge and structures projectsPile driving experienceWorking knowledge of WSDOT Standard SpecificationsProficiency in CAD and/or BluebeamA sharp eye for detail: you catch what others missClear communication with crews, owners, and inspectors alikeA valid driver's license (you'll travel between the office and project sites)Degree in Construction Management or Civil EngineeringHCSS HeavyJob/Heavybid experienceCome build champions with us.Apply Now!
