Procurement Manager

Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, packaging components, and services.

Manage international and domestic sourcing activities, including import coordination for bottles, caps, and related packaging materials.

Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost structures to identify savings opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.

Oversee purchase order placement, logistics planning, and material scheduling to support production requirements and customer demand.

Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts, and make data-driven purchasing decisions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, product development, planning, and finance teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.

Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure product quality, reliability, compliance, and on-time delivery.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline procurement processes, improve inventory accuracy, and drive operational efficiency.

Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Evaluate and manage min/max inventory levels, safety stock, and reorder points to maintain optimal inventory performance.

Manage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs and supplier replenishment activities.

Support freight coordination, import documentation, and communication with overseas suppliers and logistics partners as needed.
