Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity - Richmond, Indiana Seeking a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician to join Reid Health's highly respected physician group of 18 Emergency Medicine trained physicians with excellent APP support — serving 285,000 residents across eight counties in Indiana and Ohio. Position Details

• Employed position within a physician-led organization
• Flexible scheduling with 120-hour monthly requirement
• Two Emergency Departments: Richmond and Connersville
• All EM-trained and boarded partners
• No admitting orders
• Opportunities to expand into management, leadership, and community health roles
Qualifications
• MD or DO degree
• Board certified in Emergency Medicine
• Active or eligible Indiana state medical license

• Competitive base compensation
• Group incentive compensation up to $25,000 per year
• Extra shift compensation available
• $60,000 signing bonus
• $100,000 student loan repayment
• $24,000 residency stipend (final 12 months of training)
