Our team handles everything from emergency repair calls to full system installations, ensuring quality results across residential and commercial projects.We are currently hiring an HVAC Installation Specialist to support our growing installation division.Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 available (conditions apply)Position OverviewThis role is responsible for the professional installation of HVAC systems in both residential and commercial environments. You'll be expected to complete installs according to company standards while ensuring customers receive a clean, efficient, and high-quality experience from start to finish.Pay Range: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour depending on experienceCompensation & BenefitsPerformance -based efficiency bonuses100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insuranceRoth IRA retirement plan with up to 3% company matchPaid time off (PTO)Company-issued vehicleCell phone and iPhone providedFamily-oriented work environmentOngoing technical training and development opportunitiesSupport in obtaining and maintaining NATE certificationScheduleMonday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Rotational on-call and overtime availability required as neededKey ResponsibilitiesInstall HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings according to company standards and project specificationsFabricate and install ductwork, piping, and system components with precision and efficiencyWork with gas, electric, and refrigeration-based systems including furnaces and heat pumpsEnsure all installations comply with current local and national building codesPerform system start-up, testing, and balancing to verify proper operationRead and interpret installation plans, blueprints, and technical diagramsMaintain safety standards while using tools, equipment, and testing devices in the fieldCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progressEnsure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe throughout the installation processSafely handle and lift materials up to 100 lbs as requiredQualificationsMinimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience requiredValid driver's license with insurable driving recordEPA Certification requiredNATE Certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 daysStrong understanding of HVAC system design and installation practicesExperience with residential and/or commercial HVAC systemsWorking knowledge of refrigerant systems, gas furnaces, electric furnaces, and heat pumpsAbility to follow all applicable mechanical and building codesStrong safety awareness and familiarity with tools and diagnostic equipmentAbility to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 100 lbsAdditional InformationSign-on bonus eligibility subject to company terms and conditions.IMPORTANT: No phone calls or in-office inquiries regarding this position.
