Minimum Requirements

• Active, fully initiated, practicing Catholic in good standing.
• Commitment to collaborative ministry and Catholic education.
• Master’s Degree in Educational Administration, Leadership, or a related field.
• Eligibility for North Carolina administrator licensure.
• 3–5 years of teaching experience; Catholic school leadership preferred.
• Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with educational technology and strategic planning.
• Completion of all required background checks and Diocese‑sponsored Safe Environment Training prior to employment.
