Leasing Specialist — Drive Occupancy & Resident Experience
Greystar Worldwide, LLC
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to handle sales and leasing activities at a residential community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit/background checks, and prepare leases to ensure a smooth move-in. You will inspect apartments, implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy, use OneSite/Yardi for data tracking, and assist with lease renewals.
