Location: Fresno, California
Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $68 - $74/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a temporary assignment in Fresno, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for an Occupational Therapist:
Must have Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) experience, SNF, or acute care background
Inpatient Rehab experience is required
Work 8-hour shifts with a guaranteed work week of 40 hours
Start time may be as early as 6:30 AM
Work in an inpatient setting only
Maintain current and valid licensure/certification
Maintain required health credentials including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, Varicella, and Tdap immunizations
Complete and maintain a current Health Statement
Provide valid government-issued Driver's License or State ID
Submit to and pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Provide 2 professional references upon submission
Complete required skills checklist prior to assignment
Comply with confidentiality policies and dispute resolution agreements
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures as outlined in the policy packet
Complete education verification requirements
