HVAC Service Technician

This is a customer-facing residential service role in which you'll meet customers in their homes, complete the necessary repairs or maintenance, and discuss recommended solutions with them. You will succeed by providing a world-class experience and caring about the customers' needs.

If you're an experienced HVAC Service Technician and one of your favorite parts is seeing a satisfied customer, we have an immediate openings. $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for Experienced HVAC Service Technicians with 3+ years of service experience who can confidently diagnose, communicate, and deliver solutions to homeowners.

Base Hourly Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour , based on experience and technical ability.

In addition to your hourly wage, you can choose between:

• Hourly + Performance Pay - Earn your hourly wage plus performance incentives and up to 20% commission on qualifying repair and service call sales , or
• Commission-Based Compensation - For experienced, high-performing technicians who prefer a performance-driven pay structure.

Annual Earning Potential: $55,000-$95,000+

Top-performing technicians who consistently deliver exceptional customer service, build trust with customers, and identify needed repairs have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through commissions, bonuses, and advancement opportunities.

Successful technicians may also have the opportunity to advance into Equipment Sales (Home Comfort Designer) , providing an additional career path with even greater earning potential.

Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you are vital in taking care of our clients by providing them with the highest-quality service and maintenance of their home's HVAC systems.

• Deliver World-Class Service - Deliver an amazing experience for our customers.
• Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance - Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, and diagnose and fix the issue correctly.
• Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans - Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution.

• Experience in residential HVAC
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
