We’re hiring an Electromechanical Build & Test Technician in Newport, NH to turn detailed instructions into finished gas appliances that meet demanding safety and performance standards.
Your impact- Assemble gas appliances with the correct tools, fixtures, and documented work instructions
- Execute functional, safety, and quality tests to validate every unit
- Perform final pack-off and prepare products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workstation
- Support, guide, and collaborate with teammates to hit production targets
- Partner with engineering, quality, and materials to resolve issues quickly
- Hands-on mechanical skills and confidence working with tools
- Precision mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while following precise procedures
- Curiosity to learn and help drive process improvements
- Nice to have: experience with gas plumbing or assembly processes
- Appliance or mechanical assembly background
- Experience with gas appliance safety testing
- Leadership or mentoring in a production setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
