Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator

What You'll Do

• Perform assembly, cleaning, inspection, testing, bagging, and packaging of precision components in a cleanroom environment.
• Conduct alcohol wiping, swabbing, nitrogen drying, leak testing, function testing, and flow testing to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Operate production equipment including ultrasonic washers, leak check tools, electric and pneumatic drivers, testing equipment, and bag sealers.
• Inspect parts for defects and quality issues while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Perform deburring and polishing of metal and plastic components to meet strict cleanliness and finish requirements.
• Follow cleanroom protocols and wear required PPE, including coveralls, gloves, face shields, hairnets, and shoe covers.
• Complete production documentation, logs, and data entry accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while adhering to 5S and company safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules, quality objectives, and customer expectations.
• Cross-train in multiple production areas to support changing business and manufacturing needs.

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, cleanroom, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and handling delicate components.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Fremont, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
