Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,251-$2,297 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 16 weeks Shift: Night, 12x3 schedule with floating Start date: 10/05/2026 Setting: Med Surg on a hospital-based unit Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care for adult medical-surgical patients on rotation, including post-operative care and common med-surg diagnoses Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient responses, and manage IV therapy and drainage/feeding tubes as needed Monitor vital signs, assess for clinical changes, and elevate concerns to the medical team promptly Document care and treatment in the electronic medical record (EPIC) and participate in care planning and handoffs Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other disciplines; assist with discharge planning and patient/family education Float to other med-surg units as required, while maintaining patient safety and care standards Requirements Active New York RN license; Nursys verification showing an ACTIVE NY license and all active RN licenses Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification 2+ years of Med/Surg nursing experience Travel experience required; Epic EMR (EPIC) experience preferred RTO (requested time off) must be included at time of submission Driver's license with address matching demographics; ability to work in a fast-paced hospital med-surg setting Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 16 weeks Night shift with floating opportunities to support unit coverage Dedicated travel recruiter and credentialing coordination PAY DISCLAIMER RULE Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
