The Value of Working with Us Full-time, 14 shifts per month24-hour shifts, 6am-6am, in-house coverageCall 3-7 consecutive daysCall from home with 30-minute response time to emergenciesCommuters will be consideredResponsibilities include attendance and high-risk deliveries, neonatal resuscitation, well baby rounding, NICU coverage at night, ED consults. Pediatric admissions on a case-by-case basis.Supportive Environment for New GraduatesStrong Neonatology supportStreamlined transfer process through UCSFProvidence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) programResidency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month for qualifying candidatesCompensation is between $294,000 to $310,800 per year.The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group.
