Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote the accountability each coworker has to all patients and their fellow care team members
- Be the model for effective communications in your office
- Advance the level of excellent customer service by all and develop process improvements to prevent problem recurrences
- Create substantive meeting agendas and coordinate the regular occurrence of meetings
- Collaborate with site partners and providers to set location goals and expectations
- Build consensus throughout the office for policies that will be implemented
- Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures through thoughtful examination and collaboration with other FPCA offices
- Expect support from your team members at Central Administration
- Remain tuned in to the economics of your location
- Develop and run reports to support operations including patient lists to fill schedules, financial data and productivity data
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of employee candidates
- Other duties as assigned

- 5+ years of medical office management experience - bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, email, and the internet
- Experience with Electronic Health Records system(s)
- HIPAA certification
- Possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and sensitivity to co-workers and professionalism
- Demonstrate safe work practices and attitudes, and the ability to follow safety rules
- Background check required
- This position requires working alone and as part of a team in a typical medical office environment
