Physical Therapist

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay activewhether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral level accepted).
• Active West Virginia Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in West Virginia.
• Experience delivering outpatient orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, or sports-related care preferred.
• Comfort managing a typical caseload of approximately 50 visits per week (1012 patients per day) and ability to exceed targets to earn performance incentives.
• Proficiency or willingness to document in Raintree EMR.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Role:

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
• Document care accurately in Raintree EMR.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week with support from AI-driven tools to streamline documentation.
• Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support.
