This key role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, driving business growth in the service department, and providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients to schedule service appointments and promote service offeringsActively engage with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and upsell services when appropriateCollaborate closely with the service team to coordinate and deliver high-quality service to customersUtilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate recordsRequirements:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientationProven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the automotive industryAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and prioritize tasks efficientlyProficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to track customer data and manage communication.
