Minimum 1+ years Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Technologist experience and RCES or ARRT certification required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this role, you will assist physicians with a range of invasive cardiac and peripheral therapeutic procedures, including temporary and permanent pacemaker placements. Your knowledge of circulatory support devices such as IABP and Impella will be put to valuable use. This assignment offers outstanding exposure to various practice styles, advanced equipment, and interdisciplinary teams, empowering you to broaden your clinical skills and prepare for future career advancement.

Schedule & Hours:

• 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts
• Weekends and holidays as needed; on-call responsibilities required

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a cath lab and electrophysiology environment required
• Proficient in intra-procedure mapping, ablation, implantable devices, and sterile scrub technique
• Ability to interpret cardiac arrhythmias and operate hemodynamic monitoring equipment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize sterile trays and equipment for each procedure
• Assist the procedure team with patient positioning and monitoring preparation
• Calibrate and test transducers for accurate pressure readings
• Support physicians in diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Manage digital cine technology, storing/retrieving patient images and records
• Assist with vascular access, sheath removal, and closure device operation, ensuring hemostasis
• Participate in catheterization lab on-call rotation
• Maintain inventory control and required equipment PAR levels
• Adhere to protocols, ensuring safe operation and care of all technical equipment
