Pay: $18/hr
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits and cycle counts.
Reconcile physical inventory counts with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems,
and inventory records.
Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and damaged goods.
Research root causes of inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor inventory transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and potential issues.
Collaborate with warehouse, operations, procurement, and finance teams to resolve inventory-related
Review receiving, shipping, and transfer documentation for accuracy.
Support physical inventory counts and year-end inventory audits.
Maintain detailed audit records and documentation.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure adherence to inventory control procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to investigate discrepancies and identify root causes
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query).
Experience with inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft
Knowledge of inventory control best practices and audit procedures.
