About Arcticom, LLC Arcticom, LLC provides network and systems administration, enterprise architecture and resource planning, certification and accreditation, software design, programming, maintenance of telecommunications and land mobile radio equipment and systems, help desk support and IT transformation services among other services. About this Position Location – Beavercreek, OH. Wage/Salary Range: $120k-140k. Responsibilities Author, maintain, and prioritize product backlog to ensure highest value delivery in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders, including Agile coach, product owners, cross‑functional development team members, and requestors. Facilitate scoping and requirements elicitation sessions for projects while maintaining goal focus and managing group dynamics. Build, sustain, and leverage relationships with persons within the area of immediate responsibility when gathering, validating and approving requirements. Gain an understanding of the stakeholder's business culture and priorities and select appropriate requirement gathering techniques. Identify sources of requirements, including impacts from vendor‑supplied documentation, and communicate potential solutions to business problems. Remain impartial in requirements discussions; confirm understanding by all parties involved when validating requirements. Recognize inconsistencies and gaps in a complex business process. Document effectively in requirements discovery sessions and meetings. Develop, own, and execute product roadmap. Translate product roadmap features into well‑defined product requirements including epics, user stories, and acceptance test criteria. Collaborate with partners and customers to co‑develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast‑paced environment. Communicate platform goals and vision effectively to cross‑functional delivery team. Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization. Turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer. Responsible for innovation and end‑to‑end launch of products. Promote and demonstrate Agile values and principles. Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks. Collaborate with peers and related roles to establish guidelines and recommend practices for story writing and story refinement across the organization. Configure and manage CI/CD tool set for commercial off‑the‑shelf software and custom‑developed solutions deployment on various Cloud platforms (including security compliance checks). Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improve software/data delivery. Provide technical guidance and educate team members and coworkers on cloud operations best practices. Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Service Incidents. Proactively meet standards for information security and compliance in close cooperation with the Security Operations and Compliance teams. Required Qualifications One year of experience with Containerization (Docker). One year of experience with Container orchestration systems management (Kubernetes, etc.). One year of experience with Release automation (e.g., Jenkins), system administration, system configuration, and system debugging. One year of experience with Logging and Monitoring tools. One year of experience in scripting (Python, Ruby, JSON, Go, Bash). One year of experience with large‑scale, distributed COTS solutions deployed on Cloud. Must possess an Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II certification (e.g., Security +). Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or 5‑10 years of equivalent experience. Must possess or be able to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries background investigation; requires U.S. citizenship. Supervisory responsibilities: hires and supervises direct reports. Additional Skills and Traits A passion for system stability, performance, scalability or customer success. Previous participation in Incident Management team. Good communication skills, written and verbal in English. Well organized and can take direction and work independently. Work collaboratively with software engineering teams and cloud platform/service team. Curious and continuous learner. Experience in agile project management methods including milestones, progress status, proper documentation, and deliverables with the ability to prioritize. Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and ability to work effectively across the organization with other IT and Business departments. Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to work with complex systems containing many moving parts. Demonstrated research and analytical skills to define and solve problems and think creatively. Readiness to undertake assignments involving unfamiliar subjects, as well as work independently and productively, with the aptitude to learn quickly. Ability to work collaboratively on a team in a remote environment. Organizational skills to prioritize and plan work, multi‑task and meet schedule.
