Benefits Analyst

FTS is partnering with a well-established professional services organization as they look to hire on a new Benefits Analyst to join their collaborative Phoenix-based team. This is a great opportunity for someone coming from a brokerage environment who enjoys the analytical side of renewals, marketing, and plan strategy — and wants exposure to a highly team-oriented culture with strong long-term growth potential.

Benefits Analyst duties:

  • Managing carrier RFPs and renewal marketing processes
  • Analyzing plan designs, utilization trends, and proposal comparisons
  • Partnering closely with Account Managers, Account Executives, and carrier partners
  • Supporting client strategy through detailed financial and benefits analysis
  • Working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters

Benefits Analyst Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience with renewals, quoting, carrier marketing, or plan analysis within insurance industry
  • Working knowledge and experience with employee benefits
  • Understanding of fully insured, level-funded, and/or self-funded plans strongly preferred
  • High attention to detail with ability to manage deadlines and priorities
