We’re partnering with a family-owned landscape maintenance and installation company in Tampa, FL that is looking to hire  Lawn Care Technicians with   valid driver licenses and clean driving records. In this role, you'll work as part of a professional landscaping crew maintaining large HOA communities, helping keep properties clean, healthy, and looking their best.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive Isuzu King Cab trucks equipped with lawn maintenance equipment to and from assigned job sites
• Perform routine lawn maintenance at large HOA residential communities
• Operate commercial landscaping equipment, including:
• • Zero-turn and walk-behind lawn mowers
  • Weed eaters/string trimmers
  • Backpack blowers
  • Other hand and power tools as needed
• Trim grass around sidewalks, trees, fences, and landscaping features
• Blow off sidewalks, driveways, and common areas to maintain a clean appearance
• Work efficiently alongside a landscaping crew to complete daily routes
• Load, unload, inspect, and maintain landscaping equipment
• Follow all company safety procedures and safe driving practices
• Represent the company professionally while working in residential communities

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous lawn maintenance or commercial landscaping experience required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
• Prior experience driving a lawn crew truck, Isuzu King Cab, box truck, or similar larger work vehicle required
• Comfortable safely operating larger work trucks that carry heavy equipment and materials
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and varying weather conditions
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, lift, and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a team

What You Can Expect

• $18.00 - $20.00/hr
• Monday - Thursday, 6:15am - 5:00pm
• Occasional Fridays as needed
• Weekly pay
