Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments under the direction of a licensed nurse Assist residents while maintaining dignity, privacy, and residents' rights Accurately document medication administration and changes in condition Perform basic treatments, including simple dressing changes and skin care Support residents with personal needs while promoting independence Complete delegated tasks as assigned by nursing leadership This role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our residents.
