HVAC Service Technician

Using our advanced platform, Service Titan, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems. Your expertise will help to effectively advise customers on necessary equipment upgrades. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, with earnings ranging between $70,000 and $160,000, plus performance-based incentives. Key Responsibilities Execute maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems with precision and efficiency. Utilize Service Titan platform for streamlined operations. Engage with customers to discuss service details, provide repair quotes, and recommend preventative maintenance measures. Demonstrate expertise in all facets of HVAC systems, understanding and mastering each component's operations and their impact on overall system functionality. Requirements 3-5 years of proven experience as a service technician. Proficiency in conducting preventative maintenance, service, and repair calls. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make modifications to HVAC systems. Exceptional client management abilities.Comprehensive understanding and mastery of all types of HVAC systems and their components, and how they operate in conjunction to impact overall system functionality.
