Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is looking for a passionate and committed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to become part of our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity with compensation ranging from $55 to $70 per hour . We offer flexible scheduling and cultivate a workplace that genuinely respects work-life balance. At Ad Astra, we equip our team with the resources necessary for success, including a company-provided laptop and cell phone. We reimburse mileage and compensate for travel time, and we prioritize professional development through CEU access and continuous in-house training opportunities. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage. This role involves local travel to oversee client services and maintain high standards of treatment integrity.

In this position, the BCBA will develop and supervise individualized behavior support plans, mentor and guide behavior technicians, complete assessments, and collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary professionals to promote meaningful client outcomes. Responsibilities also include facilitating staff trainings, evaluating team performance, and helping strengthen a collaborative and positive work environment. Attendance at IEP and IFSP meetings may be required to support client advocacy and coordination of services.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree and current BCBA certification (required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Spanish speaking is valued but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

In person/Hybrid-Clinician

• Frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and transition between floor-level and standing positions throughout the workday.
• Actively participate in developmentally appropriate client activities, including floor-based activities, movement-based activities, transitions, and safety monitoring.
• Safely navigate assigned work environments, including homes, clinics, schools, community settings, and remote/telehealth settings, as applicable.
• Occasionally, lift, carry, push, pull, or move therapy materials and equipment, typically up to 50 pounds.
• Sit for extended periods while providing telehealth services or completing computer-based work as needed.
• Use hands and fingers to operate computers, keyboards, mobile devices, and other equipment requiring fine motor coordination.
• Maintain visual and auditory awareness to observe client behavior, monitor safety, and communicate effectively in both in-person and virtual settings.
• Read, understand, retain, and apply written and verbal information.
• Maintain attention, concentration, situational awareness, and sound judgment in dynamic environments.
• Collect, record, and submit accurate client data and session documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Maintain professionalism and emotional resilience when addressing sensitive client or employee matters, complaints, and workplace concerns.

Telehealth Clinician- Cognitive and Physical Abilities

• Sit for prolonged periods while providing services or performing computer-based work.
• Use hands and fingers for repetitive keyboarding, mouse use, and operation of computer equipment.
• Maintain visual acuity to observe individuals and read information on a computer screen.
• Maintain sufficient hearing and speech abilities to effectively communicate during virtual interactions.
• Occasionally stand, stretch, or reposition throughout the workday.
• Occasionally lift, carry, or move standard office equipment or supplies, typically up to 20 pounds.
• Read, understand, and process written and verbal information.
• Sustain attention and concentration during virtual interactions.
• Maintain situational awareness while monitoring individuals through video technology.
• Exercise judgment and make timely decisions based on observed information.
