Insight Global is seeking a Financial Consultant to support an Financial Services Client ! This opportunity is based out of Ithaca NY, Syracuse NY, Tampa FL, Pasadena CA, and will be on site 3x a week . Additionally, this opportunity offers quick interviews with quick feedback, competitive rates (ranging from $75K-90K based on years of expeirence) and lots of room for stability and growth as this is a Direct hire opportunity with a reputable company. Must Haves: Series 7 Series 63 or 66 Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) 3-5 years of client-facing experience in retirement planning, financial advising, or wealth management Job Description: The Financial Consultant provides in person and virtual counseling for all participants, new entrants, prospects, beneficiaries and their legal and financial representatives on the complete spectrum of the clients products and services. This job covers institutions aligned to regional structures and offers financial planning advice via in person, phone and video chat to help clients accomplish their immediate and long-term financial goals. These are in-person roles, client facing and must be comfortable hosting events at client sites. Responsibilities: Counsels' participants on their pension plans, tax deferred annuities and other available investment options in order to help clients retain and increase assets. Educates, recommends and facilitates new product purchases (including retail mutual funds, annuities, IRAs, 529 and 403b, bank products, life insurance and others) and provides authoritative information upon which important personal financial planning decisions are based. Interacts with retirement plan participants to provide exceptional customer service and execute transaction and service requests. Utilizes knowledge of tax and investment strategies to inform financial advice based on clients' financial needs and objectives. Communicates internally with cross-business partnerships to develop and implement the organization's products and services to support clients and company initiatives.
