Registered Nurse - Cardiac Specialty

Location: Wilson, NC

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiac care to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to a variety of cardiac patients. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing patient health conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Provide care to generalized cardiac patients ranging from young adults to elderly adults.
Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the medical team.
Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
Utilize advanced cardiac monitoring equipment such as Life Paks, Zoll, and Masimo.
Document patient care and outcomes in Cerner EHR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiac nursing.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Cerner EHR experience is a must.
