Senior Family Law Attorney

Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters including divorce, child custody, property division, and more. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts in a professional and effective manner. Attend court hearings and trials as necessary. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in California. 3-20 years of experience practicing family law. Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
