ABOUT THIS ROLE

This psychiatry position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, 8 am–5 pm, in a 1099 capacity with no after-hours, weekend, or holiday call .

As our Psychiatrist, you'll round on individuals with psychiatric needs across Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Chesapeake, building trust, assessing conditions, and guiding treatment plans that improve quality of life. Along the way, you'll collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider to ensure continuity of care and share insights that elevate outcomes. Each day offers a balance of autonomy and teamwork, allowing you to focus on delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care in a supportive, streamlined environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PSYCHIATRIST

You might be perfect for this position if you can meet the following qualifications:

• Active Medical License as a Psychiatrist

Fellowship training in geriatric psychiatry is preferred.
