Become our Barista Shift Lead and take our food service team to the next level!RESPONSIBILITIESThis full- or part-time food service role supports the supervisor with daily store duties and elevates the overall customer experience. You're a role model for your barista team, directing them throughout the day to keep everything going smoothly. When the supervisor is unavailable, you step into the team leader position and assume the essential management duties. You keep customer service at the forefront, and you proactively seek out ways we can optimize our hospitality processes and improve satisfaction. You will be a vital part in helping open our new location! If you're ready to take the initiative and step up to the plate, apply today!QUALIFICATIONS18+ years old6+ months of leadership experience in a high-volume coffee shop or similar food service environmentWillingness to be cross-trained in food prep techniquesAbility to learn and master new recipesExcellent leadership, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including some opening, closing, and weekend shiftsDrive-thru experience is a plus!We're open weekdays and weekends, with shifts starting as early as 4:30 am and ending as late as 9:30 pm.
