Position / Specialty: Physical Therapist - both inpatient/outpatient. Shift: 5x8 0800-1700. Ratios: 1:6. Years of experience REQ: 2. First-timers accepted: No. Weekend REQ: NO WEEKENDS (M-F position). Certs REQ: BLS, State License. Is on-call REQ? No. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes. Open to accommodating block schedule? YES; this is a M-F position. Locals accepted: YES; no radius rule. Pending License accepted: No, but COMPACT LIC ACCEPTED. If no compact or state license, MT state license takes 8 weeks to obtain. RTO Restrictions: No RTO within first two weeks due to orientation; limit RTO to one week. Guaranteed Hours: YES; 8 and 10 hr shifts - 40 hrs guaranteed weekly. 3,12 hr shifts - 36 hrs guaranteed weekly. 4, 12 hr shifts - 48 hrs guaranteed weekly.
