Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct intake interviews with new clients to assess their mental health needs, and formulate appropriate treatment plans tailored to their individual circumstances.

  • Provide high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities.

  • Maintain accurate and timely progress notes, transfer summaries, and any required documentation to ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

  • Collaborate with the Behavioral Health Department in program development and specialized service coordination, devising initiatives that expand our preventive mental health resources.
  • \n
  • Engage with community resources and partnerships to enhance the accessibility of mental health services, advocating for client needs as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population that includes individuals and families navigating various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and trauma. Our clients come from different cultural backgrounds, and you will be instrumental in embracing their unique challenges while providing tailored support and care.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
  • \n
  • Active and valid LMFT licensure, with a strong understanding of current supervision guidelines and state requirements.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in directing crisis management and delivering mental health services.
  • \n
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to articulate treatment goals clearly and foster a collaborative atmosphere.

  • Excellent multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience working within community health settings, particularly in roles that involve program development and mental health advocacy.

  • Proficient in therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your professional experience and expertise.
