Job Description

As an Oakley Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. By achieving sales targets and providing personalized solutions in eyewear and apparel, you will help customers enhance their performance through your expertise and passion. Main responsibilities include:

• Stimulate sales and establish relationships: Achieve sales goals and exceed expectations by developing client connections and establishing long-term relationships. Assist new and existing customers in finding products that meet their needs.
• Become an expert in vision: Offer personalized advice and recommend eyewear solutions tailored to each client's lifestyle and preferences.
• Learn and develop: Improve your skills through hands-on training and collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver top-notch service.
• Collaborate and contribute: Work closely with your team to maintain a positive and supportive environment where everyone contributes to success.
• Create an inviting store atmosphere: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience.
• Foster inclusion and respect: Cultivate an inclusive and respectful environment for both clients and colleagues.

What we are looking for:

• Passion for customer service: Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but your enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is essential.
• Sales acumen: Thrive in a dynamic environment, using your communication skills to retain clients and boost sales.
• Technological proficiency and attention to detail: Comfort with using technology to provide clients with a flawless shopping experience.
• Fashion sense: A keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help clients find their perfect look.
• Personal motivation and adaptability: Stay motivated and resilient, adapt to fast-paced environments, and always seek opportunities to learn and grow.

Pay Range: $16.90 - $20.68

This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
