Oracle Cloud HCM Project Manager

The HR ERP Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing the implementation of an ERP system within the HR department. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, managing RAID and RICEF items and ensuring the system enhances HR operations and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Work cross functionally
Establish project teams, define roles and responsibilities, and create communication plans.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure the ERP system and/or Oracle Cloud meets organizational requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

Budget and Resource Management:
Establish and manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on budget variances.
Allocate resources effectively, ensuring the project team is adequately staffed and trained.

Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans.
Proactively address issues to keep the project on track.

System Implementation:
Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of the ERP system and/or Oracle Cloud.
Ensure data integrity and seamless integration with existing systems.

Training and Support:
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation.

Qualifications:
Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation experience required as a SME, PM, PGM, or consultant.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Fully remote - but could travel as needed
