Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitors and secures clinic food instruments inventory Issues computer generated Food Instruments and maintains an audit trail Screens WIC applicants for residential and financial eligibility Prepares daily statistics on client services and maintains client files Enters client data into the computer Answers multiple phone lines Greets clients and answers questions Reappoints clients for return visits Performs all other related duties as assigned Minimum Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. One (1) year working with the general public. Proficient with keyboarding, word processing and/or spreadsheet software. Must have the ability to follow verbal and written instruction. Good communication skills. Bilingual preferred. Valid driver’s license and good driving record may be required if driving is required for this position. Summary Assist with WIC eligibility.
